When reading two library books from this week I loved how the first, Be the Pack Leader by Cesar Millan mentioned the second one, Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker.


Both books are good reads about using life energy for gaining confidence. How developing better awareness and observation skills creates a mindset — and environment — filled with less fear, anxiety, and stress.
