Calm-Assertive Energy

When reading two library books from this week I loved how the first, Be the Pack Leader by Cesar Millan mentioned the second one, Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker.

When a dog growls at someone in your environment, it shows more about you—and your energy—than the dog itself. Dogs are experts at reading you, and are reacting to your signals.

Anxiety is reduced by improving your prediction, thus increasing your certainty.

Both books are good reads about using life energy for gaining confidence. How developing better awareness and observation skills creates a mindset — and environment — filled with less fear, anxiety, and stress.
