Love the lines and shadows and crisp light of the photo, but the child in me finds the architecture itself rather bland — it doesn’t really hint to me that fascinating art might be inside, but leaves me rather expecting an interior scene from a Dilbert comic strip. (Maybe just me, of course … and no reflection on the fine photographic composition.)

Good point. I must say the interior is not what I expected. An airy, bright atrium greets you with a full-height ceiling with exposed floors. It’s inviting and to too office-like.
